- Answer and greet customers.
- Sorts and distributes mail.
- Operate 10-key calculators, computers, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents.
- Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Process checks to pay Haul drivers.
- Attach invoices to batch tickets.
- Scan and file all transportation documents.
- Maintain truck files (Fleet)
- File DVIR’s (Fleet)
- Places Walmart order for the office
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High school or equivalent with coursework in accounting.
- Two years’ relevant work experience, including experience processing Office checks and preparing bank deposits.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and accounting software.
Education and/or Experience:
