Sales : Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met
Requirement
Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, set goals, and effectively manage time and resources to achieve targets.
Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail to accurately assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Insurance License : Must possess a valid insurance license in the state of Florida.
Product Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services, including property, casualty.
