Electrical Project Manager (Slinger & Fond Du Lac Area)
Join our family-owned company and take the lead on delivering high-quality, efficient, and safe electrical projects. We’re looking for a driven Electrical Project Manager to manage the entire project lifecycle while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical project delivery from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
- Manage pre-construction processes and collaborate with internal teams and clients
- Track project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance
- Ensure projects meet safety standards, the National Electrical Code, and industry regulations
- Provide leadership and support to project teams, ensuring a positive and productive environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years in electrical project management (commercial/industrial/design-build)
- Education: Master License or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Construction Management
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and industry standards
- Familiarity with Accubid, Procore, and MS Office (a plus)
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage teams and clients.
