What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in construction administration, billing, or AR.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel), databases, and accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license for occasional travel.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist Project Managers with contracts, change orders, and job completion.
- Set up job kick-off meetings and manage project documentation.
- Enter job data into the accounting system.
- Prepare and submit invoices, including AIA billing.
- Track lien waivers and manage accounts receivable.
- Provide clerical support to the accounting department.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed (answering calls, distributing mail, etc.).
