Project Manager

Van Ewing, Construction, Inc. a commercial General Contractor and Construction Manager, located in Gillette, WY is looking for a Project Manager.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

1) Responsible for completing projects on-time and in-budget

2) Communicate with owners, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors during OAC and Subcontractor Meetings

3) Execute scheduling, submittal review, subcontract administration, budget, and safety compliance.

4) Track and communicate project progress.

5) Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget.

6) Manage projects from a financial aspect. Including change requests, job costs, rental equipment supplies, etc.

7) Ability to work with our estimating team to perform accurate and timely estimates for commercial construction projects.

Minimum Requirements:

1) At least 3 years’ experience managing commercial projects.

2) Communication and personal skills are essential.

3) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

4) Must have a strong work ethic.

5) Must be able to physically access the construction site.

6) Must be familiar with OSHA basic knowledge.

7) Strong Computer Skills

8) Must be willing to live in Gillette, WY

Van Ewing Construction, Inc. offers competitive pay, dependent on experience. Job would be full time with benefits including health insurance, 401k and vacation. Monday through Friday, 45 hours/week. Occasional weekends are required when necessary. Out of town travel is required at times. Pre-employment drug testing is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
