What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planning sales and gross objectives
- Oversee monthly financial statements.
- Plans for employee development
- Establishing methods and procedures to accomplish planned objectives
- Overseeing the hiring and training of all department managers.
- Record and report sales performance.
- Analyze performance in order to determine why performance is above or below expectation
- Organizing demos, appraisals, closings, deliveries, and incentives
Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License required.
- Minimum two years of dealership sales and five years in a supervisory position.
- Experience in other dealership departments is a plus.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to understand profit and loss statements and manage a large, diverse staff.
- Must possess strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.
- A high school diploma or the equivalent is required and a college degree in business administration is preferred.
