Van Horn Automotive Group, an Employee Owned Company in Sheboygan, has an outstanding opportunity for a professional and eager part time Marketing & Public Relations Intern to assist the Public Relations Coordinator with company events.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Community Outreach & Event Support
- Assist with planning and executing events, including dealership grand openings, sponsorship activations, exhibitor shows, and community initiatives (e.g., Golf Outings, Road America, Mill Street Festival, etc.).
- Coordinate logistics for event setup and teardown.
- Recruit volunteers and workers for events.
- Source vehicles for event displays and secure necessary insurance.
- Build donation packages for charitable events and raffle drawings.
- Capture event content (photos / videos) and contribute to social media posts.
Marketing & Public Relations Support
QUALIFICATIONS :
HOURS :
This is a part time positions working about 400 hours between the months of May and August. Due to the nature of the position some night and weekend hours are required for company events and appearances.
TRAVEL :
Travel to dealerships and event locations as required in all weather and road conditions.
