Van Leeuwen is looking for a Store Development Coordinator to join our Development team. You will work closely with the growing team at Van Leeuwen Ice Cream as we embark on our next stage of accelerated growth. This role is responsible for coordinating work efforts of numerous projects within the Store Development Department. Includes working closely with the VP of Store Development to prepare and track comprehensive project communications, proposals, service requests, vendor contracts, lease agreements, brand standards & more.
This role will be based out of our Williamsburg, Brooklyn office and follow Van Leeuwen's Hybrid work model and be in office at least two to three days a week.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the CPR including lease trigger dates, permitting, design schedule and construction time lines
- Manage communications and coordinate notices and various lease obligation follow-ups
- Maintain executed lease library, track rent commencement dates and life-cycle of leases
- Help to maintain document sharing platforms and manage facilities software tools and resources
- Support Store Development in terms of invoicing, estimates and budget vs actual reconciliations of construction budgets
- Assist in the procurement of vendors and services, as required
- Manage and renew DOH permits, as required
- Manage all NSO utility account set up and hand off to OPS
- Assist in the application process for required licenses and permits
- Coordinate all legal closeout documentation for all projects, ensuring all items are in order for final completion, acting as a liaison with respective landlords and contractors
- Prepare package for and manage and track all TI requests
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate cost spreadsheet summaries for all projects
- Document walks, meetings, and updates and communicates to the Director of Store Development
- Prepare invoices and payment applications according to department policy and procedure for approval by the VP of Store Development

Salary Range
70,000-$80,000 USD
