Who You Are:
You are a purposeful Talent Acquisition Recruiter with a passion for:

What You Will Do:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition creation to candidate onboarding
- Responsible for coordinating all pre-employment activities for candidates including obtaining and processing CORI, SORI, Drug Testing, etc.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, hiring events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition
- Remain informed about relevant employment laws and regulations
What Skills You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience within a Talent Acquisition role
- Minium of three years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment
- Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems or HCM platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
