Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of materials and finished goods throughout our operations. Your essential duties include:

  • Receiving finished goods from Assembly, verifying description, quality, quantity, and paperwork, and reporting any deficiencies to leadership.
  • Restocking primary and secondary stock locations accurately and promptly.
  • Entering data into the computer database with a high level of accuracy.
  • Filling customer orders from stock using a tablet computer while ensuring timely and accurate processing and reviewing items for final quality.
  • Fulfilling manufacturing departments' Bill of Material (BOM) and supply orders and delivering them to the appropriate work center.
  • Maintaining a 100% picking accuracy rate.
  • Properly packaging all products, including meeting special packaging requirements, determining the most efficient and economical options, and ensuring proper packing quality.
  • Participating in cycle counts and yearend physical inventory.
  • Performing general housekeeping and department Six Sigma activities.
  • Adhering to all department and company standards, operating procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Treating colleagues with respect and maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Close attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
  • Proficiency in computer use and data entry.
  • Ability to complete repetitive tasks with consistent mental focus.
  • Basic math skills and ability to count accurately.
  • Capability to inspect materials and finished products for defects.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to safety and quality.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. independently and participate in team lifts of up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
  • Comfortable using ladders and forklifts frequently.
  • Ability to turn, bend, grip/grasp repetitively, and push carts continuously.
