Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and execute the fullcycle recruitment process from crafting job descriptions to sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of highquality talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and coordinate recruitment workflow to the needs of the business.
- Conduct structured interviews and facilitate candidate evaluations, including coordinating reference checks and final selection processes.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed efficiently.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and 401k, acting as the primary liaison between employees and external vendors.
- Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accuracy of employee records and support HR data analysis.
- Provide comprehensive HR support to employees by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements in recruitment and retention strategies.
- Support additional HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our company culture and operational efficiency.
- 13 years of experience in HR with a focus on recruiting and employee administration preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
