Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
- Harness Assembly: Fabricate and test durable, highquality wiring harnesses to meet Van’s Aircraft standards.
- Documentation and Standards: Interpret technical documents, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions to create flawless assemblies.
- Electrical Testing: Perform precise electrical checkouts using custom test setups and offtheshelf equipment.
- Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with production engineers to develop, document, and implement new processes for harness assembly.
- Tool Proficiency: Use mechanical tools, precision instruments, and hand tools to fabricate wire harnesses with accuracy and efficiency.
- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with industry standards for all harness assemblies and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing and assembly methods.
- Inventory Management: Assist with tracking and managing materials and components to ensure production deadlines are met.
- ProblemSolving: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with wire harnesses, making adjustments to improve overall functionality and safety.

- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1 years of experience fabricating or inspecting wire harnesses

- Experience in wiring harness fabrication or inspection.
- Background in aviation or other highreliability environments.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
