- Contract Management : Handle contracts, payments, renewals, and upselling of additional services to ensure clients have everything they need and are satisfied with their marketing strategies.
- Client Relationship Management : Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring clients receive ongoing support and have everything they need for success.
- Proposal Creation : Develop and send detailed proposals to clients, outlining the recommended marketing solutions and pricing.
- Sales Calls : Make outbound sales calls to potential clients, pitching services and setting up consultations.
- Salesforce CRM Management : Utilize Salesforce CRM to track client activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on key performance metrics.
- Market Insight : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
