As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Brand Ambassador to represent our products and engage with potential customers in an exciting and meaningful way.
As a Brand Ambassador for DIO, you will be the face of our brand in Long Island, helping to spread awareness about our premium RTD cocktails through tastings and live events. Your primary responsibility will be preparing, conducting, and cleaning up for brand tastings at various locations in the area. You will engage directly with consumers to introduce them to our products, collect feedback, and drive brand awareness by supporting sales efforts and sharing the story behind our products.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Representation: Serve as the public face of DIO, embodying our brand values and promoting our cocktails in an authentic and engaging manner.
Event Engagement: Attend and represent the brand at trade shows, tastings, festivals, and other promotional events.
Product Sampling & Promotion: Host product tastings and sampling events to introduce consumers to our products and educate them about our brand.
Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback, insights, and suggestions to the marketing and product teams.
Sales Support: Assist in boosting sales by identifying and engaging potential retail partners, bars, and restaurants.
Community Building: Create and nurture a community of loyal consumers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Passion for Cocktails & the Beverage Industry: A genuine love for premium cocktails and an understanding of the RTD category.
Experience in Brand Ambassador or Sales Roles: Previous experience in a brand ambassador, sales, or marketing role within the beverage industry is preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities; ability to confidently speak in front of groups and connect with people.
Outgoing & Personable: A natural charisma and enthusiasm for engaging with people.
Organized & Self-Motivated: Able to manage multiple tasks and schedules while being proactive in finding new opportunities for brand engagement.
Punctuality & Preparedness: Arrive at least 10 minutes before each tasting with all necessary materials (e.g., ice, cups, brand info, product samples, etc.).
Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the event and represent the DIO brand with pride.
Full Event Participation: Stay for the entire duration of each tasting event and actively engage with consumers.
Device Etiquette: Refrain from using your phone during the tasting to stay focused on engaging with the audience.
Post-Tasting Feedback: Complete the end-of-tasting survey to help improve future events.
