We offer a variety of services and amenities to our residents, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Our mission is to provide our residents with the highest quality of life possible, and we are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Concierge to join our team.
Position Summary:
The Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, guests, and staff. This position is a weekend role, working from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. The Concierge is often the first point of contact for people entering the building, so it is essential that they are friendly, professional, and helpful.
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, guests, and staff in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Provide information about the community and its services
- Assist residents with their needs, such as making appointments or arranging transportation
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and reception area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work weekends
