Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support production planning and materials coordination. This role ensures efficient scheduling, timely procurement, and collaboration across teams to support business and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain production schedules based on project timelines and business needs
- Coordinate procurement of materials, components, and supplies
- Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and finance
- Monitor inventory levels and address potential shortages
- Participate in planning meetings to support new product or project launches
- Track progress, resolve delays, and adjust plans as needed
- Prepare reports related to schedules, materials, and performance metrics
- Communicate with vendors or suppliers as necessary
- Follow company policies and support compliance with relevant standards
Top Five Technical Skills of Importance:
- SAP
- Creation and maintenance of production and maintenance plans
- Helping to resolve production shortages/not procurement but interacts with suppliers
- Understanding sales forecast and works with sales teams. Collaborates with every other department
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and industrial products
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field
- Experience in production planning, procurement, or materials management
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to support various work schedules as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
