Are you looking for a rewarding career in the automotive industry? We’re seeking a Body Shop Administrator to support our Body Shop Estimator and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Whether you have prior experience or are eager to learn, we provide on-the-job training to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Assist Body Shop Estimators with insurance claims, payment collection, and customer coordination
✅ Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service
✅ Prepare and process insurance forms, maintain accurate records, and manage paperwork
✅ Collaborate with insurance companies to submit claims and ensure timely payment processing
✅ Perform general office duties, including responding to emails and handling correspondence
✅ Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Prior auto body or dealership experience preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Outstanding customer service and a friendly, professional attitude
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
