Job Opportunity:
We are growing and we are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team!

You Will Make an Impact By:
- Providing administration and support for a VOIP phone system.
- Supporting and managing a variety of ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical devices.
- Providing hands-on, phone, and remote technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Managing a variety of line of business applications.
- Managing and completing diverse IT projects within the organization.
- Providing training and support to staff on the use of software applications.
- Creating and maintaining user-friendly documentation for internal teams.
- Assisting with inventory management amongst all Vance Thompson Vision locations.
- Offering input and recommendations on the implementation of new technologies.
You Have:
- An associate’s degree in information technology or equivalent field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in IT support is preferred.
