Job Opportunity:

We are growing and we are looking for a Patient Accounts Specialist to join our team!

You Are:

• Ready to live out our core values in patient and team member interactions

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Communicating directly with patients regarding their financial responsibility from services at Vance Thompson Vision.
• Posting personal payments from credit card payments, as well as financing companies.
• Processing AAA collections reports and end of month posting.
• Reviewing the monthly unassigned report.
• Assisting with training staff on posting personal payments.

You Have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of business office experience.
• Excellent communication skills, confidence and strong organizational skills to train and develop team members.
