Local Insurance Broker located in Battle Ground, WA is looking for an Insurance CSR.

As a Customer Solution Insurance Agent you will develop customized consumer insurance solutions and help maintain our reputation as the industry's most respected providers of insurance.
Position functions including not limited to:
- Service & Cross Selling of existing policy holders
- Build and maintain respectful relationships with insurance customers, referral partners, and vendors
- Make the customer's needs a priority
- Presenting insurance quotes to customers in person and over the phone and discussing the benefits of the policies.
- Ethically providing customer service as is needed in the banking, financial services and insurance industries
- Providing customers with solutions to their financial services & insurance.
- Delivering insurance quotes verbally, electronically, and in person.
- Follow up with underwriting requirements
- Binding new insurance policies
Qualifications
Candidates should be self motivated and hardworking. We are a busy agency and in search of a candidate that can easily adapt to changes and multi-task with various computer systems and software.

- 2 years of related work experience in banking, consumer financial services, and insurance
- Be able to obtain Washington state property and casualty insurance license. Class & Licensing costs reimbursed on start date
