Sales Team Member Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with potential customers through in-person interactions
- Become an expert in delivering tailored solutions utilizing product knowledge to meet customer needs
- Develop a consultative sales approach focused on problem-solving rather than persuasion
- Participate in Sales Team Member hands-on training to master the sales process and refine communication skills
- Gain mentorship from experienced leaders and develop the skills to lead a team
Sales Team Member Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
- Some college preferred but not required
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or customer-facing related roles
- Ambitious to grow and learn from management in order to move up in the company
- Open to feedback and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $850.00 - $950.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
