We are looking for a full-time BE/BC Internal Medicine or Geriatrics trained physician for our community based clinic located in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan market. This clinic is part of Vancouver Clinic's partnership with Humana.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and medically-complex patients. Our Adult Medicine Physicians see approximately 10 patients per day and lead a care team that provides multi-layered support to adults, primarily over the age of 65. The care team includes a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Dietician, Medical Assistant and Registered Nurse support.
