About the Position
Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Hospitality and Administrative Support Specialist to support our urgent care team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing patient flow, and performing various administrative tasks. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient flow and coordinate appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
  • Collect co-pays and obtain insurance information
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
  • Minimum 1 year of medical office experience preferred
  • Experience with Epic system preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
