What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician Recruiter position at Vancouver Clinic?
The Physician Recruiter will recruit physicians and advanced practice clinicians onsite at locations in Washington and Oregon.
Primary responsibilities include developing innovative and effective recruitment strategies, interviewing and proactively sourcing viable candidates, working with hiring leaders to ensure candidates fit both the cultural and professional needs of the organization, and coordinating site visits.
Minimum three (3) years' experience in physician recruiting is required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work in a team-focused environment and execute various recruitment projects that support the strategic goals of the organization.
- Advanced knowledge of applicant assessment and full-cycle recruitment process.
Maintain candidate pipeline and serve as communication liaison for all personnel involved in the hiring process.
Provide detailed information to candidates regarding the Clinic and community, as well as the Clinic's compensation, and benefits plans.
Prepare trade show displays for physician recruiting.
Help design recruiting documents and organize recruiting events. SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

Eligibility for benefits is dependent on factors such as position type and FTE.

Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years.
PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE / hours worked.
Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
Employees will also enjoy up to six paid holidays per year, depending on schedule.
