Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
6 hours per day, 9 months per year

Qualifications :
- Degree from an accredited speech language pathology assistant program and / or any combination of education and experience that meets the requirement of the Washington State Department of Health. Experience in a similar position is preferred.
- Current Washington State SLPA License
- Valid first aid card.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Possess valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and insured transportation.
- Ability to lift and move with children, and to sit with them on the floor.
- Ability to visually observe the progress of students.

Salary range : New employees will start at the minimum hourly rate in the salary range. However, employees who have verified prior years of service in a similar occupational status from other Washington School Districts or Education School Districts, may receive experience credit towards salary placement. Salary schedules can be accessed here.
