What Will You Do As A Customer Service Representative?
- Communicate directly with clients and customers to understand their needs, qualify leads, and foster meaningful connections
- Serve as an ambassador for nationally-recognized brands, embodying their values and promoting a positive brand image through every customer interaction
- Accurately track and report sales data and customer information, providing feedback to clients and Senior Management
- Engage with fellow Customer Service Representatives during training sessions to improve strategies, share insights, and achieve overall team goals
- Actively listen to customers to assess their needs, identifying opportunities for promotions and upselling when appropriate
- Confidently address customer questions and concerns by offering solutions through patience, active listening, and in-depth product knowledge, ensuring a positive customer experience
What Do You Need As A Customer Service Representative?
- 0-2 years of experience in Client Services, Customer Support, Sales, or a related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment during training
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with customers, managers, and fellow Customer Service Representatives
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with challenges, customer personalities and dynamic environments
- Proficiency with using a mobile device to input customer information

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
