We are seeking a skilled and dependable Motor Coach Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong driving record, and a commitment to safety. As a Motor Coach Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers to various destinations in a safe, comfortable, and timely manner. You will also ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle and provide excellent customer service throughout the journey.Key Responsibilities : Safely operate a motor coach or bus, adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during the entire trip. Assist passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and ensure a positive travel experience. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the motor coach to ensure it is in safe operating condition. Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel. Follow scheduled routes and ensure timely arrival at destinations. Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and passengers. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, addressing any passenger concerns or inquiries. Complete and submit necessary documentation, including trip logs, inspection reports, and time sheets. Ensure the cleanliness of the motor coach and make minor adjustments to seating arrangements as needed. Follow all health and safety protocols, including those related to COVID-19. Qualifications : Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a passenger and airbrake endorsement. Clean driving record with no major violations. Minimum of 1 years of experience driving a motor coach or similar vehicle. Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and physical examination. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight trips. Ability to lift and handle luggage (if applicable). Previous experience in the transportation or hospitality industry is a plus. Working Conditions : Travel for long distances, including overnight trips. Exposure to varying weather conditions and work environments. Flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
