We are looking for a passionate Customer Business Developer to drive our expansion.

As a key player in our team, you’ll be the catalyst for achieving our ambitious targets in your region or customer portfolio. Your role combines relationship-building with strategic business acumen, ensuring Vandapower stays ahead of the curve.


Your responsibilities include:

Business Development:

  • Forge strong relationships by connecting with and visiting new customers. Understand their business models, identify their needs, and position Vandapower as their go-to solution.
  • Close deals confidently and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with existing customers, introducing new services and products with optimal margins.
  • Optimize gross margins through smart price management for every customer.
  • Foster collaboration between customers and the customer service team to deliver unparalleled service quality.
  • Contribute actively to team meetings, sharing insights and solving challenges collectively. Utilize forecasting and sales management tools effectively.

Knowledge and development:

  • Gain a deep understanding of Vandapower’s offerings, markets, and competitive landscape.
  • Build a robust network with industry leaders and share valuable market insights internally to drive innovation and agility.

Are you the right person?

  • You are fluent in English, additional languages are a plus. You are a natural storyteller. You have a proven track record in consultative selling in a B2B environment. You have a master’s degree or similar experience.
  • You are solutions-driven and analytical. You can understand and promote complicated technical and service offerings. You are computer savvy and can use a CRM system.           
  • You are ready to travel 60% of the time. You are entrepreneurial, a fast learner, and tenacious. You are thinking forward and never stop taking initiatives to drive success. You have a track record of over-achievement.
