Summary

As an Automotive Detail Manager at Vande Hey Brantmeier Automotive Group, you will oversee the detailing operations to ensure that every vehicle meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your leadership will be vital in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining the dealership's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all automotive detailing activities to ensure quality standards are met.
• Train and mentor detail staff on best practices for cleaning, buffing, and window tinting.
• Develop efficient processes for vehicle preparation to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet dealership standards before delivery.
• Manage inventory of detailing supplies and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
• Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to streamline vehicle turnover times.
• Address customer concerns regarding vehicle appearance promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive detailing or related field, with strong knowledge of cleaning techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Demonstrated ability in managing a team and driving performance improvements.
• Familiarity with buffing techniques and window tinting is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
