Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outbound sales, particularly within the automotive industry, and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the sales pipeline effectively while fostering relationships with clients and enhancing the dealership's market presence.
Responsibilities
- Sales team management: Training, and overseeing a sales team, and coaching them on best practices
- Sales goals: Setting and tracking sales goals, and leading the team to achieve them
- Sales forecasting: Developing estimates for future vehicle sales
- Customer satisfaction: Maintaining a high level of CSI and online reputation scores
- Appraising: Accurately and effectively appraises used vehicle trade ins
- Desking: Must be comfortable and proficient and desking in a transparent manner
- Marketing: Actively plan, create, and execute a marketing plan.
- CRM: Developing and managing a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
- Analysis: Ability to identify areas of opportunity and development an action plan to improve
Requirements
- Previous Automotive Management experience is required
- Valid drivers license
- Must be able to demonstrate proven results in the industry

Pay: $125,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
