Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Shipping/Receiving Forklift Operator to join our team year-round. In this position, you will primarily operate various types of forklifts for daily operations, ensuring efficient loading and unloading of our products while providing assistance across the farm as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Operate all-terrain forklifts to load company trucks for customer deliveries.
- Safely run errands using a company truck.
- Maintain general cleanliness in the shop and shelter areas.
- Conduct pallet inventory and achieve accurate counts.
- Repair pallets as necessary.
- Assist with various manual labor tasks on the farm.
- Lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and owners.
- Demonstrate motivation and a self-starter attitude.
- Multi-task and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Demonstrating respect and appreciation for the farming industry and our family business values.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in operating different forklift models.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Strong commitment to safety and reliability.
- Clean criminal background
- Ability to pass random drug testing

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
