HVAC Service/Installer Tech Wanted
VandenBerghe Construction is seeking an experienced HVAC Service/Install Technician to join
the team. We specialize in multi-family apartment communities in the greater Fresno Area.
HVAC Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
• Travel to various properties as scheduled
• Determine resident’s concerns with their current HVAC system
• Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
• Perform necessary repairs and routine maintenance
HVAC Technician Requirements and Qualifications:
• Must have EPA Certification
• Proficient with manual and power tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Must have own Tools
Proof of COVID vaccination - will consider accommodations for disability and religious-based reasons
Preferred Candidate with experience on:
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Swimming Pools
• Bi-Lingual
