Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in London, OH. As a Service Technician, the primary tasks include performing maintenance and repair work on trucks, trailers, and construction equipment. The successful candidate is expected to provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction, work with management to develop and grow the department, and to maintain the company's complete units for sale, and units used by the company. With support of service professionals within the company and our other locations, this position has upward mobility as this location is starting service from the ground up!
Qualifications
- Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
- Some Field Service experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to operate necessary tools and equipment
- Experience with diesel engines, transmission, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems a plus
- Technical degree in Diesel Technology or related field preferred but not necessary
- ASE certification or equivalent preferred but not necessary
