A Residential Service Electrician Lead performs various functions encompassing the Electrical Department. The purpose of the Residential Service Electrician Lead is to carry out service calls by using advanced knowledge on how to maintain, repair, diagnose and correctly install or replace electrical equipment and systems for residential customers while leading a team. Work involves managing a team, troubleshooting, installing, and repairing equipment, developing and presenting recommendations to customers and documenting records from each appointment.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Advanced knowledge of electrical equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and work on a team.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items and work from heights or small spaces.
- Knowledge and ability to meet local electrical codes.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Requirements:
- Journeyman Electrical License REQUIRED
- Valid Driver's license and insurable driving record
- Possess basic hand tools

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Based on demand, hours may vary.
Pay Range: $25-$39 / per hour based on experience.
