We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, electrical systems, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, and equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and logic controllers
- Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs
- Welding tasks as required for maintenance projects

Requirements
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with team members and document work
- Experience in facilities maintenance and electrical systems
- Ability to lead maintenance projects and work independently
- Strong customer service skills to interact with staff and vendors
- Welding skills are a plus

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
