Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to manage the financial operations for multiple companies across the manufacturing and real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounts receivable: invoicing, payment tracking, and collections follow-up
- Manage accounts payable, including vendor payments and purchase order tracking
- Inventory Management
- Monitor daily cash flow and banking activity
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and journal postings
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry across all accounting platforms
- Process and manage payroll across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for each entity
- Lead monthly closing processes and intercompany reconciliations
- Provide detailed cash flow forecasts, budget vs. actual analysis, and other financial projections
Annual/Project-Based Responsibilities:
- Support external CPAs with tax preparation and year-end inventory reporting
- Assist with budgeting and long-term financial planning
- Help implement process improvements, internal controls, and software upgrades as needed
- Contribute to financial due diligence and reporting for real estate transactions and capital investments
