Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations for acute and complex chronically ill patients
- Order and collect relevant diagnostic information and procedures
- Assess risks associated with patient care, including medication side effects and fluid/electrolyte imbalances
- Coordinate daily clinic schedules with attending physicians and present patient reports
- Develop and document individualized plans of care to address complex health needs
