Key Functions:
This position reports to the Operations Manager and directs contracted staff. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with ServSafe certification within three months of hire. At least three years of related experience is necessary, preferably in offsite catering or restaurants. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Food and Labor Management Systems is also required. Strong communication, time management, and supervisory skills are essential.
