**Clinical Supervisor Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our clinical assessment team at Vanderbilt University's Mood, Emotion, and Development Lab. In this role, you will oversee clinical assessments for grant-funded research studies, develop training programs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement training programs for graduate students and staff on conducting diagnostic interviews, stress interviews, and suicidality interviews.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation of safety protocols and mandated reporting requirements.
**Requirements:
- Masters degree in a clinically oriented mental health discipline (e.g., social work, professional counseling, marriage and family counseling).
- Ph.D. in clinical psychology preferred.
- Clinical experience with children and adolescents required.
- Experience with semi-structured diagnostic interviews (e.g., SCID, KSADS) required.
- Experience implementing safety protocols for responding to suicidal thoughts and behaviors preferred.
- Experience training and supervising others preferred.
