Assist PI and personnel in implementation of research programs and collaborations
- Develop and implement computational models for 3D tissue modeling using spatial molecular data, holotomography imaging, and other advanced imaging technologies.
- Analyze and integrate multi-modal spatial molecular and imaging datasets to build accurate representations of tissue microenvironments.
- Collaborate with experimental and clinical teams to refine and validate computational tissue models using real-world biological data.
- Contribute to scientific writing, including drafting and editing manuscripts, grant applications, technical reports, and research documentation.
- Generate high-quality illustrations and visualizations for research proposals, presentations, and publications.
- Assist in developing and implementing computational pipelines for analyzing large-scale spatial and imaging datasets.
- Manage data sharing, software tools, and computational resources across research teams and institutional collaborations.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between the research center, investigators, and external partners to drive research progress.
Qualifications
- MS in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in spatial molecular data analysis and computational tissue modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, MATLAB, or equivalent) for bioinformatics and imaging data analysis.
- Strong background in image processing and analysis, preferably with experience in holotomography or other advanced imaging techniques.
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI techniques for biological data analysis is a plus.
- Strong scientific writing skills, with a track record of contributing to manuscripts and grant applications.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, including experience managing collaborative research efforts.
- Strong oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex data effectively to interdisciplinary teams.
