We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert Librarian to join our team and contribute to this mission. As a key member of our library staff, you will be responsible for providing expert research guidance and support to faculty and students in the Department of Leadership, Policy, & Organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver instruction sessions on research skills and information literacy
- Collaborate with faculty and librarians to design and implement curriculum-integrated information literacy programs
- Provide individualized research consultations to faculty and students
- Promote library services and resources through outreach activities and campus engagement
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in academic research and information services
Requirements:
- Masters in Library and Information Science (MLIS) or related field
- Strong background in education leadership or business management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience with online learning platforms and instructional design
