About the President / Head of School :
The Head of School / President is the Chief Executive Officer of Westminster Christian Academy (WCA). He / She is charged with the responsibility of interpreting and translating the policies set forth by the Board of Directors into operational procedures. As a general rule of thumb, the Board will set policies, and the administrators, led by the HOS / President, will create and implement procedures to implement those policies. Authority is delegated by the Board to the HOS / President for the day-to-day operation of WCA. The HOS / President should provide leadership to the school and report to the Board, as well as represent the Board to the staff and the staff to the Board. A relationship of trust and respect must exist between the HOS / President and the members of the Board as all seek God’s wisdom and direction for our school. The HOS / President serves as an ex-officio member of the Board and all Board committees.
