Meet The Bridge Fellowship :
The Bridge is a 1250 person church that launched in August 2020. We long to see a gospel movement that reaches every person in the Hill Country and is carried to the ends of the earth. Our approach is simple : love people and faithfully preach God’s word. In 3.5 years, we have experienced rapid growth, and our team is expanding. In 2023, we purchased 18 acres of land and are expecting to break ground on our new building by early 2025.
About the Student Pastor :
The Role :
We are looking for a Student Pastor that is passionate about seeing middle school and high school students celebrate, apply and extend the gospel in their community. They will be a proactive, experienced leader who sets vision, recruits & equips leaders and grows both Middle School and High School ministries. This role may grow over time to include other responsibilities based on gifting, experience, and needs.

The Student Pastor Responsibilities Include :
Student Discipleship
- Champion weekly youth gatherings, camps, retreats, and other events throughout the year
- Primary communicator to students and will occasionally preach on rotation with the pastoral staff.
- Responsible for communicating, planning, and executing excellent ministry
- Develop rhythms and routines that carry the culture of The Bridge
- Plan a ministry calendar for discipleship and events at least 6 months in advance.
