Duties
- Conduct searches and drug screens
- Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure security.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of residents.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required, providing necessary information and support during investigations.
- Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate tense situations.
- Ensure all security protocols are followed, including proper use of CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment.
Requirements.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies.
- Ability to operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents and law enforcement personnel.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
