Landscaper (Full-Time)

Vandergrift Lawn & Leaf Services is hiring! We are looking to add 2–3 experienced landscapers to our growing team. This is a full-time position with consistent work throughout the season.

About Us:

We provide a variety of landscaping services including lawn mowing, mulch installation, seasonal cleanups, tree and shrub removal, stump grinding, light hardscaping (paver patios and walkways), weeding and maintenance, grading, and yard repairs. We take pride in offering high-quality work and maintaining a professional and supportive work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Applicants with real landscaping experience — not just a summer job many years ago.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong reliability and work ethic.
• Ability to work well with a team and follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Position Details:

• Pay range: $3,000–$4,500 per month, depending on skill level and availability.
• Applicants can expect to work 30–50 hours per week regularly, with opportunities to work 60 hours during busy periods.
• This is a full-time, seasonal position (March/April through early December, depending on weather).
