Responsibilities
- Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues with vehicles.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct alignments and other essential services on GM vehicles.
- Work with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) to ensure proper functionality.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and service quality.
- Must be able to travel nationwide to dealerships
- Must be able to support dealership technicians over the phone
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an automotive service role, preferably at a dealership.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive repair.
- Strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair processes.
- Familiarity with ADAS technology is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to automotive service are advantageous.
