Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods using various measurement tools including micrometers and coordinate measuring machines.
- Utilize vision inspection systems to assess product quality visually and through automated processes.
- Document test results accurately and maintain comprehensive records of quality assurance activities.
- Identify non-conformities in products and assist in corrective action processes.
- Participate in internal audits of quality systems to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines.
- Experience with vision inspection systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining independence when necessary.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
