Main Duties
- Provide crisis support and assistance to students and staff as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, promoting their physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.
- Collaborate with education staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in activities that enhance student well-being and academic achievement.
This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Experience working with at-risk youth and/or youth with special education needs is an asset.
- Time management and organizational skills are essential.
- Certification in TCI is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills are necessary.
- An equivalent combination of education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
