Accounts Payable Clerk (Healthcare) Responsibilities
- Perform full-process AP functions, including invoice processing and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and verify accounts payable checks, reports, and monitor aging vendor accounts.
- Maintain strong vendor relations, provide support, and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
- Safeguard patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies.
- Ensure a safe patient environment and address patient needs across various aspects of care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital setting.
- Strong 10-key by touch and good mathematical/computational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including basic Excel knowledge.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
