Accounts Receivable Specialist
Our manufacturing client has an immediate need for a dependable AR Specialist to support billing functions for their in-office team! The ideal candidate is customer service-focused, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities
- Perform B2B collections via phone and email.
- Respond to customer and client inquiries.
- Monitor and document credit and collections activity on accounts.
- Follow up to resolve all discrepancies on past due balances.
- Assist with implementing and documenting new systems and processes.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- 2 years of collections and accounts receivable experience.
- Coursework or certificate in accounting a plus.
- Proficient with ERP systems; SAP highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail/accuracy.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with emphasis on customer service.
- Proactive with strong time-management skills.
